101 in 1001

I always wanted to do the Day Zero Project, or the list of 101 things in 1001 days.

My list is not one of goals, but rather of challenges separated into six categories:

  • Body & Mind (nourishment, food, hygiene, pamper)
  • Heart & Mood (nourishes the soul, entertains, refreshes)
  • Digital (tech, social media, internet)
  • Environment (improves current environment or change of scenery)

I use these categories for my self-care menus in my bullet journal that I don’t entirely keep up with, and I find the categories do well for lots of things.
