RUMPs

Reusable menstrual products (RUMPs) are menstrual products that can be used multiple times. They’re friendlier to the environment and cost more upfront, but they pay for themselves after a few uses.

RUMPs take a while to get used to, but they’ve completely changed my life—and health—for the better.

As far as language goes, I’m frank about it: I call people who menstruate “menstruators” or “bleeders” or some other innuendo for it. Not every woman bleeds, regardless of anatomy. And it’s more fun to call people who do bleed courtesy of their anatomy “vampire bait”. I’m not for the faint of heart, darlin’.
